Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: Measure 1 cup (150g) frozen strawberries, peel and slice 1 medium ripe banana, and prepare 3/4 cup (180ml) milk and 1/4 cup (60g) Greek yogurt. Optional: honey/maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  2. Add strawberries and banana to the blender.
  3. Pour in milk and Greek yogurt.
  4. Add sweetener and vanilla extract if using.
  5. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and silky, scraping down sides if needed.
  6. Check consistency; add more milk if too thick or more frozen strawberries/ice cubes if too thin and blend again.
