Instructions

  1. Prepare the golden milk base: In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the milk, turmeric, ground ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup until the spices are fully dissolved and the mixture is bright yellow and smooth.
  2. Combine oats and chia seeds: Place rolled oats and chia seeds into your chosen jar or container.
  3. Add the golden milk: Pour the spiced milk mixture over the oats and chia seeds. Stir well to combine, ensuring oats are fully submerged.
