  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) orange juice, preferably fresh-squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 45 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches: Wash and peel 2 medium peaches. If fresh, blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds then plunge into cold water to loosen skin. Slice into chunks and remove the pit. If using frozen peaches, skip this step.
  2. Add ingredients to the blender: Place peach chunks, Greek yogurt, and orange juice into the blender. Add honey or maple syrup if desired. Toss in 4-5 ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth: Blend on high speed for 45 seconds to 1 minute until creamy and thick with no large chunks. Adjust consistency by adding more orange juice or ice cubes as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust: Taste the smoothie and add more honey if needed. A small pinch of salt can balance flavors if too tangy.
  5. Serve immediately: Pour into a glass or jar. Garnish with a peach slice or fresh mint if desired. Enjoy cold.
