Instructions

  1. Brown the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently until it foams and turns golden brown with a nutty aroma, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the browned butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar. Stir until smooth and glossy.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
