A light, fresh, and elegant grazing board perfect for two, featuring smoked salmon, fresh veggies, and creamy dips. Ideal for intimate occasions or casual celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz (115 g) smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 68 small fresh radishes, thinly sliced
  • Half a cucumber, sliced into rounds or ribbons
  • 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 small lemon, zested and juiced
  • About 12 crackers or baguette slices (gluten-free options if needed)
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained (optional)
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • A small handful of mixed greens or baby arugula

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese with lemon zest, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and chopped fresh dill. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Thinly slice radishes and cucumber. Arrange slices separately on the serving board.
  3. Halve cherry tomatoes and scatter them on the board.
  4. Fan out smoked salmon slices in one section of the board. Let salmon rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving.
  5. Place crackers or baguette slices neatly on the board. Lightly toast baguette slices if desired.
  6. Spoon capers into a small bowl or scatter lightly across the board. Add mixed greens or baby arugula for garnish.
  7. Lightly drizzle extra virgin olive oil over cucumber and radishes.
  8. Add lemon wedges on the side and optionally sprinkle cracked black pepper over cream cheese dollops. Serve immediately.

Notes

Let smoked salmon come to room temperature before serving for best flavor. Slice veggies just before assembling to keep them fresh and crisp. Use a sharp knife for thin, clean cuts. Can prep ingredients ahead but assemble just before serving.
